Peterborough, NH--- Sharon Arts presents the 61st Annual Members Exhibition - a continuing tradition for the Monadnock Community. Members, students, and faculty will have their work on display - ranging from paintings to sculpture to ceramics to textiles, and more.

Sharon Arts attracts members from all over the region; each have the opportunity to submit one piece of art to be hung in the exhibition. This exhibition often accumulates over 250 pieces of artwork in the gallery. This is a great opportunity to view original works of art by your neighbors, co-workers, and fellow members of the community; and for artists in the community to show their work (in many instances for the first time).

The 61st Annual Members Exhibition will be on display from January 16th through February 28, 2009 in the Downtown Galleries located at 30 Grove Street in Peterborough. The Preview Reception will be held on Friday, January 16th from 5pm to 7pm, and is open to the public. Ample parking in Depot Square, admission is free. Winter Exhibition Gallery hours are: Wednesday - Thursday, 11am - 5 pm; Friday 11am - 6 pm; Saturday 11am - 5 pm; and Sunday 11am - 4pm. The Gallery is closed Mondays and Tuesdays.

If you are interested in participating in the 61st Annual Members Exhibition, please contact Kendra at 603.924.7676 for information. Delivery dates for submissions are: January 8, 9, 10 from 11am - 5 pm.
