During the summer, NHIA offers safe, convenient and affordable housing in Manchester, NH City for both students and interns. Our residence hall is located in the downtown area of the city with easy access to all that Manchester has to offer. We are currently accepting applications for Summer 2018!
Housing is available by a four week/one month minimum only - between March 1, 2018, and August 17, 2018. Prorated weeks are not available.

Please note that you can buy a parking permit for easier parking in the city. You can download parking information here.
$400.00 deposit return is processed 30 days after move-out date, if no damages or lease break incurred.
$187.50 per week if entire lease/rental is paid in full prior to move in date. Six-week minimum rental.
$200.00 per week if entire lease rental is not paid in full prior to move in date.
Four-week minimum rental. Four week(s) rent plus deposit must be paid prior to move in.
All move in and move out appointments take place Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
The Residence Life Office is closed on weekends. There are no weekend Move-In Dates or Check-Out Dates.
The last day the residence hall is open is Friday, August 17th.
All contracts must end on or before August 17th.

Living at Institute Hall comes with an added bonus: free membership to the Downtown Manchester YMCA, located just downstairs. That means residence at this co-ed, traditional hall also gives you access to a full-size gym, indoor pool, sauna and more. Institute Hall houses students in single rooms. Meet up in the lounge or show off your culinary skills in the kitchen. Each floor has men’s and women’s bathrooms. Student furnishings include a twin bed, desk, chair and dresser, some rooms have closets or wardrobes. Laundry facilities are located on each floor and are free. Institute Hall is ADA complaint and has elevator service. The building is air conditioned.

Single bedrooms: One person occupies one bedroom, in a traditional residence hall
As you review the residence hall accommodations, please note:
- All residence halls are coed
- All rooms are furnished with twin extra long beds, student desk, dresser, and chair
- Furniture cannot be removed from the room
- Bathrooms are common/shared on each floor
- Residents must supply their own personal items and cooking supplies
- All NHIA residence halls are smoke-free and substance free (including those over 21)
- Residence hall availability is subject to change
