Go green at Lowell Hall, NHIA’s newest residence hall. Built in 2009 at 88 Lowell Street, this remarkable building is solar-powered and features a green roof, geothermal well, and rainwater collection system, making it NHIA’s most sustainable facility. The hall houses 54 men and women in suite-style double rooms, which share a bathroom with an adjoining suite. Students are responsible for paper supplies and cleaning of this shared suite bath. Unwind in our 6th floor common lounge, enjoying stunning views of the city, or get creative in the shared kitchen. The Lowell boasts air conditioning, studio space and is ADA-compliant with elevator service. Furnishings include a twin bed, desk, chair, and dresser.
