Live in a piece of local history at Hampshire House, a converted Victorian home on Walnut Street, just steps from NHIA’s French Building. Hampshire House includes space for 36 junior or senior-year students in both single and double rooms, some with private bathrooms. This elegant building features a common lounge and kitchen as well as a parlor with a piano. Shared studio space is located right on site, as well as free laundry facilities. Do your studying on the hall’s grand porch, or host a gathering in the courtyard and garden. Please note that Hampshire House does not include an elevator and is not air-conditioned. Furnishings include a twin bed, desk, chair, and dresser, Some rooms have closets and/or wardrobes. Bathrooms are gender neutral. Space in Hampshire House may be offered to sophomores if available. Hampshire House is a gender neutral residence hall.
